Our neodymium magnets are encapsulated in a Velcro compatible removable pad. Our Arm Band is not constricting like most neoprene wraps or pull up wraps, therefore you have the maximum amount of blood flow. This wrap is designed for light support with an adjustable loop for compession adjustment. It is best not to combine tight wraps with magnetic therapy since tight wraps could constrict blood flow.
